Stefano Crabu, Ph.D. in Social Sciences (2014 – University of Padova), is a Tenure Track Assistant Professor (RTD-B).
He carries out his teaching duties within the Bachelor’s Degree programs in “Sociological Sciences” and “Communication.” He is a member of the Ph.D. School in “Social Sciences” (Department of FISSPA – University of Padua).
In terms of research, Stefano Crabu is involved in various research projects with the aim of investigating the social, cultural, and epistemological dimensions of the scientific and technological innovation processes required in biomedicine, life sciences, and the field of ICT.
As member of the Research Unit Pa.S.T.I.S (Padua Science Technology and Innovation Studies), he undertakes scientific research and third mission initiatives – both at the national and international levels – on the relationships between science, technology, and society, with a particular focus on the fields of health, biomedicine, and responsible innovation.
