Davide Ludovisi

Davide Ludovisi is PhD at the FISSPA Department of the University of Padua and is part of the PASTIS research group. He has been working in the field of communication since 2001, primarily in scientific dissemination, starting as a curator of exhibitions and continuing as a journalist and project manager.

His doctoral research project at the University of Padua focuses on film festivals and scientific documentaries.

In his role as an author and director of documentaries, he has explored themes such as immigration along the Balkan route, paleontology, and literature.

As a journalist, he has been a contributor for the national newspaper L’Unità, writing about science and cinema, and for over a decade for the Italian edition of WIRED, covering international politics and technology. He has also written and edited some books on journalism and the history of science.

He holds a master’s degree in Business Communication and Advertising from the University of Trieste and a Master’s in Science Communication from SISSA – International School for Advanced Studies.
