Carlo Mazzoleni

Carlo Mazzoleni is a Research Fellow in International Law at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA), University of Padua. He holds a PhD from the Sapienza University of Rome, that he obtained in 2026 defending a thesis on transnational civil litigation for business-related human rights abuses. His research interests span human rights and environmental law, with a particular focus on access to justice and effective judicial remedies. He contributes to the legal side of the PersoNa project, working on the literature review and the study of climate litigation cases.
